Year 1

Monday 13th July

Thank you year 1.  This is our last week of term.  Mrs Rogers and Ms Darnton want to say how much we have loved being your teacher this year and all the learning we have done together – in school and out.  This week’s learning project focuses on supporting you and your child as they move on up to year 2 and transition to their new classes – with Mr Rhodes and Ms Thorn.  This is to provide you with an opportunity to reflect on their time in their current class, discuss their favourite memories and achievements whilst also considering their hopes and dreams for the coming school year. Whatever shape it takes we here at Blaise are with you.  As ever, you will also find some work set on Purple Mash. All of these activities below are suggestions. Please feel free to be as creative as you like with them and go with what works for you and your child. Make sure you keep up your daily reading and visit the phonics page for this week's activities.
